ShopWired's offers feature allows you to create offers that are applied to a visitor's basket when they purchase a specific combination of products that you define.
Using ShopWired's offers feature, you can create offers on your website that give:
- A monetary discount off the total cost
- A percentage discount off the total cost
- The combination of products for a fixed cost
Examples of the types of offers you can create with ShopWired's offers system include:
- Buy 3 of the same product
- Buy 3 products (one of each type)
- Buy any 3 products from any 3 types
- Buy any 3 products from a specific type
- Buy 1 product of one type, 1 product of another type, and 1 product of another type
- Buy a specific product and a product of another type
Many more different types of offers can be created.
Offers can be created with a start and expiry date or can be set to apply indefinitely. Start dates can be set in advance, and the offer will be unavailable until that begins.

When a product is part of an offer, information about the offer is displayed on your website anywhere the product appears (for example, category pages, search results, the product page).
When an offer is applied to a product in the basket, information about the offer applied is also displayed.
Interaction with other offers
Interaction with other offers
On ShopWired, products can only be affected by a single discount at any one time.
Products affected by an offer can therefore not also be affected by multibuy offers or voucher codes.

Products can be eligible to receive a discount from more than one offer, but a single basket item can only have a single offer applied.
Where a product is eligible to be affected by multiple offers, ShopWired will always apply the offer that was created first.
