Delivery rate inclusions/exclusions

When creating or editing a delivery rate, you can select the exclude products from this delivery rate option to select products to exclude from the delivery rate.

When at least one of the excluded products is in the visitor's basket, the delivery rate will not be available for selection.

When creating or editing a delivery rate, you can select the make this delivery rate only available for certain products option to select products that make the delivery rate available for the visitor's basket.

The visitor must have only included products in their basket for the delivery rate to be available for selection.

You can use the delivery rate import system to configure excluded or included products for delivery rates using a CSV file upload with the Included/Excluded and Product IDs columns.

Enter either Included or Excluded depending on whether you want to create delivery rate exclusions or inclusions.

Enter the IDs of the products you want to exclude or include from the delivery rate; separate multiple IDs with a comma.
