Individual trade customer pricing
You can use the individual trade customer pricing feature to upload a file containing trade prices for each product and product variation for each trade customer individually.
To use the feature, you must have the Trade accounts app installed.
The individual trade customer pricing feature uses product and variation SKU codes to identify products and variations, so you will need to for any product or variation you want to configure trade pricing for.

The pricing spreadsheet has the following structure:
- The first column is a list of SKU codes (one SKU code on each row) that you want to assign pricing for
- The column heading is blank
- Subsequent columns are used to specify the pricing
- Each trade customer has its own column
- The column heading for each trade customer is the trade customer ID
To obtain the ID of a trade account:
- Navigate to the trade account within ShopWired from the trade accounts page or
- Take an export of trade accounts from the trade accounts page

When updating trade prices configured using the trade pricing spreadsheet, you can download an export of the current prices configured:
- Navigate to B2B > Trade prices
- Select
download current file
- Open the file in spreadsheet editing software
- Make your changes to the file
- Upload it to your ShopWired account following the same process as above
