Order CSV download and CSV feed
You can export orders into a from within your ShopWired account.
Orders can be exported either for a specific time period or by selecting the orders you want to download.
To download orders for a specific time period:
- Navigate to Orders
- Select the
export orders (CSV)option - Use the Date from and Date to options to select the time period you want to download orders for
- To include details about each product ordered, select the
include products orderedoption - Use the Status setting to select to only download orders with a specific
- Select
prepare export
To download specific orders that you select:
- Navigate to Orders
- Use the search box or filters to refine the orders displayed
- Use the checkbox for each order to select the orders you want to export
- You can only export a single page of orders at a time
- Select
download CSV > prepare orders
The CSV file will then generate and download to your device.
When exporting details about each product in an order, each product is included in its own row. Other information about the order (such as the order totals) is included on each product row.
Order CSV feed
ShopWired provides a CSV feed of created within the last 7 days, provided in the same format as the order CSV export (described above).
The feed is updated in real-time, as soon as you receive a new order it will be included in the feed.
To access the URL for your feed, navigate to Feeds, locate the Orders CSV feed section and copy the URL displayed.
By default, the CSV feed is password protected. To view and change the username and password, navigate to Feeds and locate the Feed protection section.
The contents of the CSV feed cannot be customised. If you need access to a custom feed, ShopWired recommends:
