Navigating ShopWired
Your ShopWired account
Once you log in to your ShopWired account, you can use the left sidebar menu (or select the menu option on mobile devices) to navigate through the various pages of your ShopWired account. Each main menu item, e.g. Products
, has its own submenu of related pages within your ShopWired account, accessible using the main menu item's horizontal submenu.
Your ShopWired account also has a built-in search feature, allowing you to search for:
- Pages and features within your ShopWired account
- ShopWired help guides
- Specific orders, products or customers
You can use the search feature by selecting the search here
option at the top of each page within your ShopWired account.

You can contact ShopWired's support team in one of the following ways:

- By live chat (select the live chat option from within your ShopWired account or here)
ShopWired does not have an incoming phone number, but for your convenience, you can book a call with the support team during normal business hours.
ShopWired support is available from 9am to 6pm UK time, Monday to Friday, and is available on all bank holidays except for Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.

ShopWired status
Very rarely, you may encounter an issue using ShopWired.
ShopWired's status page reports any ongoing issues with the ShopWired platform, including the apps and integrations that we offer. The status page is hosted externally and will always be available even if there is a problem with ShopWired itself.
Any issues with the ShopWired platform and its availability, or the availability of websites that we host, will be reported on this page. You can select the subscribe to updates
option to be automatically notified by email if there are any issues.
Change log
Change log
ShopWired's change log is the page ShopWired uses to post details about new or updated features that have just been released.
The change log includes a brief summary of the new or updated features released, along with the date that the feature became available and a link to the relevant help guide.
If there is a major feature released by ShopWired, you may also be notified directly by email and/or within your ShopWired account.

ShopWired's roadmap
ShopWired's roadmap is where ShopWired posts details about new and updated features that we're currently working on, or are planning to work on in the near future.
If you have an idea for a new feature on ShopWired, you can suggest it using the submit an idea
option on the roadmap page. ShopWired regularly reviews the suggestions received from its users and works to implement them into the development roadmap where possible.
