Onboarding tracks
To help you get started using ShopWired and adding your data to your account, ShopWired provides a feature called Onboarding Tracks. The onboarding tracks feature guides you through a fixed number of different steps, each focusing on a different topic or feature on ShopWired.
Onboarding tracks are available when migrating your website to ShopWired from another e-commerce platform or website builder, and also when starting a new website.
To select an onboarding track:
- Navigate to Dashboard > Get started
- View the available onboarding tracks
- Select the

Onboarding track steps
Each onboarding track has steps for you to complete to complete the track and help get your website ready to launch. However, onboarding tracks don't contain every single setup action that you need to take on your ShopWired account - when you've completed the onboarding track make sure you check our launch checklist before launching your website.
When you've completed a step in an onboarding track, it won't be marked as automatically completed and you should select the mark as complete option for the step.
Changing your onboarding track
Changing your onboarding track
You can change your onboarding track at any time. To do so, select the change this option displayed at the top of the onboarding tracks page and select your new track.
- If you select a new track and later change your mind, the steps you completed on the original track will still be marked as complete if you switch back
- Selecting a new track doesn't remove or undo any of the settings you have changed or data you have added to your ShopWired account when using the original track
