Viewing and installing apps
All of ShopWired's apps can be viewed from the apps page.
You can select an app to either view more information about it or install it (by selecting the install this app
option on the app information page).
Once you've installed an app, you can read the help guide or use ShopWired's AI to understand how the app works and how you can use it.
App charges
App charges
Most apps on ShopWired are provided free of charge, but some apps have a monthly fee.
If an app has a monthly fee, the fee is displayed on both the apps page, and also when viewing the detailed app information page.
App charges accumulate each day (ShopWired divides the monthly fee by the number of days of the month and calculates a daily charge for the app each calendar month). You'll only be charged for each day that you have the app installed in your ShopWired account. If you install or remove an app partway through a calendar month, you'll only be charged for the days that the app is installed.
App charges are billed to the credit/debit card stored in your ShopWired account on the 1st day of each month, for the previous calendar month, and an invoice is placed in your ShopWired account. Read more about app charges.
App charges do not accrue while your account is in a free trial.
Apps that require theme coding
Apps that require theme coding
Certain apps available on ShopWired extend the functionality of your website (instead of only adding functionality to your ShopWired account).
Not all apps are installed into themes by default, some apps require additional code to be added to your website's theme to work:
Instructions on the code that needs to be added to your theme are detailed in the help guides for each app, or you can ask ShopWired (or a third-party coder) to add the necessary code for you.
