Linking existing eBay listings to products
You can link a ShopWired product to an existing eBay listing by importing the eBay item ID against the product using ShopWired's product import/export feature. This allows ShopWired to treat the product as linked to that eBay listing for eBay syncing and revising.
To link a product to an existing eBay listing, the product must have:
- An eBay item ID
- An eBay end time that is in the future
You can enter any end time in the future and ShopWired will update it on the next eBay sync (end times are synced every 2 hours).
When you import an eBay item ID for a product, ShopWired links the product to the eBay listing with that item ID.

This feature is supported through the product import system using two columns:
eBay Item IDeBay End Time
If an eBay item ID is specified, an end time can also be specified. If an eBay item ID is not specified, the end time is ignored.
Enter the eBay end time in the format DD/MM/YYYY HH:mm, e.g. 01/01/2026 12:33.

- Navigate to Products
- Select
import - Create an import file that includes a column for
eBay Item IDand, optionally,eBay End Time - Add the eBay item ID for each product you want to link
- Enter an end time in the future for each linked product
- Import the file
After the import completes, the products will be treated as linked to the specified eBay listings.
