Limiting access to bulk discounts
If you want to limit which of your customers can use bulk discounts select from the menu.
Find the ‘Who should have access to bulk discounts’ setting:
Here you can select which customers you want to be able to use these discounts. Place/leave a tick in the box of the customers you do want to have access to bulk discounts. The types of customers are:
Regular visitors - visitors who aren’t logged into an account
Registered visitors - visitors who are logged into a normal customer account
Trade customers - visitors who are logged into a trade account
Once you have selected who should have access to the discounts select save changes.
Showing bulk discount tables on product pages
Tables showing the bulk discounts that you’ve set for individual products will not automatically show on the product pages. The process for enabling this feature depends on what version theme you are using:
Version 4 themes
For version 4 themes select from the menu. Select Theme Settings for the theme that you want to enable bulk discount tables on (this is probably going to be your live theme). When the live preview editor opens select .
Place a tick in the box next to ‘Bulk pricing discount tables’:
Save your changes, and bulk pricing tables will then show on your theme.
Version 3 themes
For version 3 themes go to your installed themes page and select Theme Settings for the theme you want to add the tables to. Find the 'Advanced Settings' section and tick the box under ‘Bulk pricing discount tables’:
Then select save changes at the bottom of the page.
Version 2 and earlier themes
If you are using a version 2 or earlier theme the code will need to be added to your website.
