Adding additional order PDF templates
You might find that you need to have multiple order PDFs available on your account. For example, you might need to send a PDF of an order to a supplier, but you don’t want it to contain certain information. To do this, you can create additional order PDF templates. To create the templates select from the menu and follow these steps:
• Creating a new theme
• Adjusting the PDF’s settings
• How to use the new order PDF
Creating a new theme
To create a new theme select + Create A New Theme in the top right corner:
You will need to select a template to base the new theme on:
Once you have selected the template select create theme.
Adjusting the PDF’s settings
Once you have created the theme it will appear on your screen with the settings, HTML and CSS of the original template:
You will want to give the new theme a new name so you can distinguish it from your other templates:
You can then customise the rest of the settings as much as you would like.
How to use the new order PDF
To use the new order PDF you will need to change the setting of ‘Designate this theme as an additional template?’ to Yes:
Then when you select Print on an order you will be given the choice of which invoice PDF you want to download:
